Summer is here and that means there's a flood of teenagers around, and they all want to work at the local coffee shop. Makes it tempting to open the theater with one, rehearsals or not. Maybe turn a few of them into regulars and give them scripted ideas to improv. Daily soap opera.

We're having a minor birthday party for Helen. Whoever wants to drop by, we'll have food and cake and drinks and everything. Anytime after about 6pm today (Tuesday, the 20th), and I suggest bringing a camera.

And if anyone sees any other news about that Shadowlands story that isn't online, let me know.

I think Helen is one of the few who could look adorable in a costume that would otherwise be morbid and wrong. Nick's annual Halloween party will be at the ranch this year. Small silent auction, music, dancing, food, and all the other normal stuff. Anyone can drop by if they want.
